We love you to give us as much notice as possible however due to having a large number of window cleaning technicians working locally across Sydney we can normally find you a window cleaning booking with very little notice. This isn’t the case in the month leading up to Christmas as window cleaning is in high demand in this period but the rest of the year we will try our best to service you to your exact timing requirements.

Flyscreens in strata buildings are typically designed to be removed from the inside of the apartment, with clips located on the interior. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the owner or residents to remove the screens before the scheduled cleaning. We understand that some residents, particularly elderly individuals, may find this task difficult. If needed, our team is more than happy to assist by removing the flyscreen on the day of cleaning. If the screens are left on, we will still clean the glass that is accessible and do our best to clean the framed areas with the screen in place. However, we cannot guarantee a completely spot-free and streak-free result in those areas.

Yes, we absolutely clean the tracks, frames, and screens as part of our standard service, and we take pride in offering this as a complimentary addition with every clean. Our regular service includes wiping down the frames and tracks, as well as brushing down the screens. If your tracks, frames, and screens are particularly dirty, we offer an intensive service where we allocate extra time for vacuuming the tracks, scrubbing the frames, and hosing down the screens.
